Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe’s Lucky Dogs of Tahoe 2010 Calendar

2010 Lucky Dogs of TahoeThe 13 top dogs from the 2010 Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe calendar contest are on display at Elijah Bleu’s House of Coffee & Good Eats in Truckee.  The dog photos can be purchased via a silent auction until December 22nd to benefit the humane society.

The calendar features rescued dogs including Lores the cover pup that are now living the good life in the Tahoe area.

There were more than 250 photo contest entries. Every calendar dog has a heartwarming story detailing its journey from homeless dog to family pet.

The winning photos are on display at Elijah Bleu’s House of Coffee in downtown Truckee on 16-by-20-inch canvases. The large photos are available for purchase in a silent auction at Elijah Bleu’s.  Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe. The auction closes at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2009.

The 2010 Lucky Dog calendar is $20 with all the proceeds benefitting the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe, which is helping save and improve the lives of pets in the Truckee-North Tahoe region. Order calendars online at hstt.org/shop/2010luckydogcalendar or by phone at 530.587.5948.
