Farm to Table DinnersThis summer, Six Peaks Grille, a fine dining restaurant in North Lake Tahoe, will host an outdoor summer dinner series that will include a seasonal mixology demonstration and a local farm to table menu designed in partnership with Tahoe Food Hub.

The next dinner will be held September 6, 2015 at 7 pm at $80 per person.

The mixology demonstration will feature a different local distiller at each event. Moonshine, Tequila, and Whiskey along with other contemporary liquors will be showcased by the distilleries. Guests will learn about the alcohol itself, including the distillation process, as well as a few good cocktail recipes. There will be plenty of tasting, and the demonstration will finish with a welcome cocktail for all participants.

The dinner menu will be designed in partnership with Tahoe Food Hub to source local ingredients including produce, meats, cheeses, and seafood.

The 25th Anniversary Summer Mixology Dinner Series will be held on May 24, July 3, and September 6 on the patio of Six Peaks Grille, overlooking the massive peaks that surround Squaw Valley. Guests can bask in the warm sun for cocktails, watch the alpenglow take over the valley during dinner, and see the stars come out in time for dessert.

Reservations are highly recommended – 530.583.6300. Valet parking is always on the house. Children welcome.
