El Dorado County Search and Rescue Benefit Party June 20

Help raise money for the El Dorado County Volunteer Search and Rescue teams at the Riva Grill’s 7th Annual Pray for Sun Party on June 20, 2012.

Your $18 donation includes an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet on the deck from 5-7 p.m. with Fresh Pastas and Salads, Braised St. Louis Ribs,Teriyaki Salmon, Fried Chicken, House made desserts and more. Live music will keep the celebration going from 6-9 p.m.

The El Dorado County Search and Rescue (SAR) is an all-volunteer arm of the Sheriff’s Office, with more than 150 members covering the west slope of the Sierra Nevadas and the Lake Tahoe Basin in California.

SAR maintains a variety of units and teams to fit the unique terrain and communities. The volunteers are of various ages, genders, backgrounds, and skill levels including furry ones like Heidi, all dedicated to saving lives by expending themselves in Search and Rescue.  Click here to learn more about the dedicated Tahoe Area SAR team.

Head over to the Riva Grill located at 900 Ski Run Blvd. in South Lake Tahoe on June 20 and help raise money for the El Dorado County Search and Rescue Team.
