Witness the incredible stretch of glorious aspen groves turning their brilliant gold throughout Hope Valley, and learn the science behind this natural phenomenon on October 9, 2015, starting at 9 a.m.

On this 3 mile hike you will see all shades of yellow and red, find out why nature provides us with such a display, and discover Native American uses of many of the plants. Kids welcome, too. Folks should bring water, sun protection, camera, and wear sturdy shoes.

The cost of this South Lake Tahoe event is only $50for  guests of Sorensen’s Resort, or $75 non-guests (picnic lunch included)
