Santa is making a guest appearance in Tahoe City on his way to the North Pole.
Get your list ready! Downtown Tahoe City is hosting Santa on December 2 and 3, 2011 during the Holly Days Jubilee.
Meet Santa, go on a sleigh ride, sing songs and drink hot cocoa with all your friends.

Friday, December 2nd
Coldwell Banker Toys for Tots Community Event 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Tahoe City – Coldwell Banker Toys for Tots – Stop by from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to drop of a new unwrapped toy (no stuffed animals) and no weapon type toys of any kind. For ages newborn (we welcome new blankets) to17 years of age. Bring your camera for picture taking with Santa. Hot cocoa, desserts and more.
Tahoe City Tree Lighting – 5 to 7pm
Join neighbors, friends and local merchants as we welcome Santa in Downtown Tahoe City on Friday, December 3rd for our annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Community Caroling. Santa is set to arrive around 5:45 and he’ll turn on the lights throughout town just after 6pm. Hot Chocolate and treats will be provided, donations encouraged.
Saturday, December 3rd
Family Winter Wonderland – Photos with Santa (11am – 2pm)
Head into town on Saturday for Tahoe City’s Family Winter Wonderland and Photos with Santa in Heritage Plaza. Professional photographers will be on hand to take family photos for $15 (three photos) and prints will be available at Barifot Mountain Photography. Santa arrives at 11am and photos will be until 3pm.
Downtown Shopping – Boatworks Shopping Soiree (3 – 6pm)
Grab your Shop Local Card and take a stroll through town. Stop by the Annual Boatworks Mall Shopping Soiree. Explore Downtown Tahoe City and find that perfect gift for someone special in your favorite hometown shops, galleries and boutiques.
