Luna Chix Tahoe hosts Snowshoe Clinics January 2 at Northstar

Join the women of Team Luna Chix Tahoe at two Snowshoe Clinics on January 2, 2010 at Northstar-at-Tahoe.
Sarah McMahan from Incline Village is a member of the Atlas Snowshoe Team & Solomon Trail Running Team and will be the instructor for the women’s only morning clinic running from 10am to 11:30am.
Instruction will include discussion on training tips, clothing, managing energy and fueling the body. The core fundamentals and techniques for running on groomed trails, fresh snow, running in changing conditions, transitioning from different conditions and more will be coverage.
The second session runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and covers the same topics but is open to anyone with instructor Ross McMahan, member of the Atlas Snowshoe Team & Solomon Trail Running Team. That means men can join in the fun too.
