The High Fives Non-Profit Foundation will host its annual Bocce Tournament at the Truckee River Winery on Sunday, September 18, 2016.
The cost to participate is $125 per two-person team. Space is limited to the first forty teams to register. Teams will compete for amazing prizes as well as bragging rights.
“As the summer rolls to a close, the momentum for the Annual High Fives Bocce Tournament grows.” Says Katy Jones – Director of the Wine Tasting Room at the Truckee River Winery “We love the energy and enthusiasm that is a major part of the Annual High Fives Bocce Tournament. With a great double-elimination tournament format, awesome prizing and delicious food and beverages, this all day event brings ear-to-ear grins on all that attend!”
The Annual Bocce Tournament truly is the “can’t miss” event of the summer, and is a great example of High Fives’ approach to always keeping the “fun” in fundraising. The event draws competitors from all over.
“Going from rolling bocce balls on grass at our first tournament at the Truckee Regional Park to playing on the beautiful courts at Truckee River Winery in our 7th straight year of Bocce shows amazing continued support for our Foundation and our Athletes,” said Roy Tuscany, Executive Director of the High Fives Foundation. “There’s so much to give away at this event that everyone is a winner — but there is only one Bocce Champion.”
