Help North Tahoe High get to their “Goodwill Tour” this spring while you dance to jazz music from the 1940s on February 11 at Granlibakken Resort.
It’s become an annual event to support the music department at North Tahoe High School.
North Tahoe Jazz Band presents:
1940′s Night Concert in Tahoe
February 11, 2011
7pm to 10pm
Granlibakken Resort on West Shore
Dance to 1940s jazz music from legends like Louis Armstrong, Charlie Parker, Bud Powell, Thelonious Monk, Dizzy Gillespie, Clifford Brown, Lester Young and Max Roach.
$20 per person or $150 for a table of eight which includes appetizers and desserts. You must be 21 or older to attend.
Tickets for this North Lake Tahoe event may be purchased in advance by calling (530) 318-7535, from any Jazz Band member or at the door. Proceeds to benefit the Jazz Band’s “Goodwill Tour” this spring.
