Rebirth & Continuity by Megan Johnson

Posted on August 2, 2008
Filed Under Tahoe: Lost and Found

Two large paintings on canvas by Megan Johnson.

Rebirth ♥ Continuity.

Creative Expression Inspired by Fire:

Megan grew up in South Shore and has two close friends who lost their homes in the Angora Fire.

Her two submissions for the Tahoe: Lost & Found Art Auction are originals created specifically to express her love and appreciation for her home town, and to help raise money for the local library.

While she is a fairly new painter, she paints with “organic simplicity”. Her work shows great promise. We’ll be sure to keep an eye an Megan as she continues to pursue her art career.

Auction Items:
(Art will be sold at live auction, Sept 19 at Valhalla, with % of proceeds going to the fire-related community projects.)
