Truckee Artist’s Alliance at North Tahoe Arts

Truckee artists Caren Bechtold, Linda O’Toole and Teresa Wik will feature their collective work at the North Tahoe Arts in Tahoe City through August 29, 2010.
Caren, a passionate water color artist, enjoys painting portraits and figures, nature’s handiwork and the life pulses of city scapes.
Linda O’Toole is inspired by landscapes, still life, animals, and occasionally portraits. She paints in oils and watercolors. She had a career in the commercial printing industry.
Teresa Wik is the third member of this artistic alliance. Teresa characterizes her work as “shouting out in a whisper.” Creative and playful with a practical use.
Art work by the three artists will be on exhibit and available to purchase through August 29 at the North Tahoe Art Center located at 380 North Lake Blvd. in Tahoe City. The Center is open from 11:00am to 6:00pm Wednesday through Monday. The galleries are closed on Tuesdays.
