DavidRussoSandHarborThe Lake Tahoe Community College Foundation and Rotary Club of South Lake Tahoe are teaming up for the fourth annual “Off the Wall” Art Auction at LTCC March 24-28, 2015. Participants can enjoy artworks created by locally and regionally known artists, bid on their favorites, and support local education and charitable organizations at the same time.

The artwork up for auction is being donated by a number of local artists, including nationally known artist and LTCC Art Department Chair Phyllis Shafer, David Russo, and many other Art Department faculty members.

Participants can first view the art at a free Auction Kickoff Celebration on Monday, March 23 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Haldan Art Gallery, located inside the library building on the LTCC campus. Everyone is welcome to come enjoy the art, drinks and hors d’oeuvres free of charge. Auction items can also be viewed from Tuesday, March 24 through Friday, March 27 in the Haldan Gallery. Hours will be from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. each day.
