Lake Tahoe Community College Art Dept Art Exhibit thru March 20

In addition to their duties at the Lake Tahoe Community College, many of the LTCC Art Department faculty and staff are practicing artists in their own right.

This exhibition highlights the LTCC Art Department’s talent by revealing the broad spectrum of media, techniques, and styles being explored.

The exhibit will be displayed in the student gallery, aka, Commons area, between January 9 and March 20, 2010.

Meet the artists at the Opening Reception on Thursday, January 14, from 6pm to 8pm, at the Lake Tahoe Community College in South Lake Tahoe. And, while you’re there, don’t miss the opening reception of “Dancing in The Field: An Exhibition of Paintings by Yasmin Sayyed in Praise of African Spirits” in the Foyer Gallery.
