Dance in the Sun for Animals (DSA) is a new, non-profit organization that helps kids help animals in need.
Heidi Timinsky, a teacher with a Masters in Humane Education, founded DSA with the goal of empowering children to realize that they too can make a positive difference in the world through helping animals in need. Heidi believes that teaching compassion for all living beings is just as important as teaching the core curriculum subjects such as math, reading and science.
